Stewart P. Jeske, P.E. Founder & President
Stewart Jeske, P.E., founded JEI Structural Engineering in 2003 after recognizing the growing need for specialized engineering in glass, glazing, and building envelope systems. Today, he leads one of the nation's most experienced façade engineering teams, providing engineering and drafting services for hundreds of commercial projects annually.
Licensed in 48 states and Washington, D.C., Stewart is a nationally recognized speaker, author of Engineered Connectionsin USGlass Magazine, inventor and holder of five U.S. patents, and a trusted consultant on structural glass, delegated design, and live-load structural building movement.
A U.S. Air Force veteran and former structural engineer, Stewart combines military discipline with decades of practical engineering experience and innovation. His first patented invention was successfully commercialized in the retail market. Two additional patented façade connection technologies were acquired by a structural connection manufacturer for commercialization into safer, more efficient, cost-effective, and more constructible building envelope systems. Stewart continues to innovate through new technologies advancing the future of commercial façade engineering, including seismic innovations designed to further improve curtain wall performance and protection.
