✅ Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic Kansas City office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, working closely with engineers and drafters, and communicating directly with clients to ensure smooth progress from kickoff through completion.  Our mission is to exceed client expectations from concept, design to P.E. Seal.

✅ Qualifications

• Required understanding of construction documents.
• Required background employment with a engineering or architecture firm or a commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
• Preferred knowledge of glass and glazing systems or façade panel systems in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong Excel skills with proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Desire to learn entry level Microsoft Power BI for data tracking and reporting.
• Desire to learn BQE Core and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and task tracking with precision for engineering & drafting projects.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask across fast-moving projects.
• Interest in serving as a liaison between internal staff and our outsourced IT provider when technology help is needed.
• Able to oversee IT outsource setup for new engineers and drafters, ensuring proper software, permissions, and secure access for both in-house and remote team members
• Willingness to take ownership of technical issue resolution in coordination with our IT partner to maintain smooth daily operations
• Must work on-site at our Kansas City, Missouri office
