Developed by Bosa who is also responsible for Insignia, One88 is a 23-story high-rise in Bellevue. There are 143 units in the building and it will feature a unique angular facade. One88 is currently scheduled for completion in 2020.

An unprecedented approach, One88’s glass façade has been cut in a playful rhythm around the building to create a captivating visual point in the skyline with a multitude of open spaces for uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings.
